Minding the Marriage™ retreats involve clinically driven group therapy led by therapists who are licensed in the State of Texas and, thereby protected by the same confidentiality laws as private therapy. In order to provide additional safety and confidentiality, we add the following provisions:

1. Private and exclusive location

We lease a private indoor banquet/auditorium style venue located in a serene and beautiful countryside setting between Burleson and Fort Worth, Texas. Only attendees and support staff will be present. The address is given to attendees after registration and is not posted publicly.

2. No unauthorized photography or videography

We respect the privacy of our retreat attendees and the sensitive nature of therapy experiences; therefore, we do not photograph or video record attendees without permission.

3. Confidential registration/attendance

We do not release names or contact information of attendees to any third party or public medium.

4. Confidentiality protections

Any information shared during the retreat, formally or informally, has the same confidentiality protection as in a professional therapy office. All attendees are required to sign a confidentiality agreement prior to attending our retreats.
